This is Russ Price's site dedicated to C*NET, the Telephone Collector's Network. As a service to C*NET users, I've put up enhanced versions of Asterisk and the DAHDI telephony drivers, and various other useful add-ons.

2.6.0 DAHDI-cnet now available

This picks up the upstream 2.6.0 release, and is available on the asterisk-cnet page.

Asterisk-cnet 1.8.8.1 up

This fixes an RTP issue (ASTERISK-19095). Now available at the usual place

Asterisk-cnet 1.8.8.0 now available

Right on the heels of 1.8.7.2 comes a 1.8.8.0 release... now C*Net-ified.

Asterisk-cnet 1.8.7.2 and 1.4.43 now available

The latest 1.8 and 1.4 upstream releases are now available in C*NET form. These fix AST-2011-013 (both versions) and AST-2011-014 (1.8).

New revision for dahdi-cnet

I've updated dahdi-cnet to the 2.5.0.2 upstream release.

Asterisk-cnet updated

Asterisk-cnet 1.8.7.1 is now available.

New section: KX-TA Hacks

This is a section devoted to undocumented capabilities of the Panasonic KX-TA624 and related hybrid PBX/key systems.

Asterisk-cnet 1.8.7.0 now available

This is based on the upstream 1.8.7.0 release, and can be found on the asterisk-cnet page.

dahdi-cnet 2.5.0.1 available

I've updated my modified DAHDI drivers to the latest upstream release. Now available at the usual place.

Bug fix: dahdi-cnet-linux 2.5.0 (FXS Dial Pulse Mappings)

I decided to switch out the Trimline on my desk in favor of my old Eletrisk Bureau Oslo phone tonight. Well, I found that the upheaval in the design of DAHDI between 2.4 and 2.5 resulted in my overlooking dial pulse mappings on FXS ports. I did get the FXO code in, but that's not helpful when you're trying to dial out! That is now fixed, and the fixed patch and tarball have been uploaded. If you don't use a Swedish, New Zealand, or Oslo rotary dial phone, you can ignore this.
